At the end of the first day, the guys finished
tearing out the
old fireplace and set the new one in place for a preview.
Granted,
this wall is going to completely different, once it's finished, but
the room already seems much bigger!
Tomorrow, they are going to tear out the kitchen!

Moving along...the framing of the fireplace is
coming along
and the kitchen is coming apart.
The cabinets are ordered and the tile is going
to
be ordered today.
I can't imagine what this place is going
to look
like "not" being circa 1978!

At the end of the first week, the fireplace has
been
installed and the framework around it is nearly
complete.
We're anxious to see what
this week will bring!
Kent heating will be in at the end of the week
to
set up our new
duct work to the second floor.
