Happy Spring! Haha, just kidding. Although we had moments of nice weather, we’ve had very winter like weather. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exciting news for our family! We’re in the early stages of building a new house. With the help of our builder, we were able to find a lot and agreed to buy it. More to come on that as the project unfolds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dana and I went out to dinner to celebrate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our lot is heavily wooded, just the way we like it. We look forward to continuing our life together in our now home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also in April:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lee and I along with the rest of our team travelled to Florida to compete in a Champ Car race at the Daytona Speedway. We completed 7 hours of the 14 hour race before mechanical failure. Even with the failure, we all had a great time and reveled in the fact that we just ran on Daytona!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Packing up the next day, I took a picture to catch how ominous the clouds looked. It was a not very Florida like 65 degrees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lee and I made it back just in time to Celebrate my 44th birthday!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following weekend, I ran my first autocross with my local region. Unfortunately, Junior Kart is still on hiatus due to safety issues but that didn’t slop Luke from riding with me and having a good time!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
