I managed to get a little burned out by the end of 2012 so 2013 was not nearly as productive. I did make a little progress on the 71 GTX rework, 70 roadrunner as well as the ’82 charger. In an attempt to avoid a year with no models finished, I slapped together the 1/32 scale FC3S RX7 with only a couple of days worth of work. I also successfully used Tamiya spray paint on this project. Another big project that I was able to start and finish was the fiber optics lighting project on a ceramic Christmas tree that my mom made me in ’81. It took me two tries to get it right but the final results are very impressive. I counted this as a model project since it was hobby related and took time away from the rest of the models.
