After selling the Evo and working
out some financial
details, we realized that doing the rest of the house
was a reasonable proposition.

First Floor
Bathroom
We are having the shower removed in order to make this more
of a powder room. I know that several people have suggested
that removing a 3/4 bath is bad for resale, but we plan to put a
bathroom in the basement. The idea is to move the toilet closer
to the
back wall, and put in a 4' wide vanity. The tile will carry over
from
the hallway and kitchen.

Foyer and
Hallway
More crazy 1970's tile! The foyer and hallway
are
going to get the same tile that is in the kitchen.

| Master Bathroom
I never did understand why the bathroom is setup as
it is
I don't think my parents knew either! Anyway, we are going to
have the wall removed in order to do a bathtub width standing
shower along the back of the bathroom.
